Well, would you look at that! It's been three years since Deltarune Chapter 2 released to the public... and TECHNICALLY Vs. Susie by extension. That's crazy if you ask me!

I really wanted to make the occasion special by making another devlog, the twist being that this one should be at least 10x better than the last one I made (do check that one out regardless).
In this devlog, I'll talk about some of the songs that have been completed so far, and also give a bit of context behind them (showing art in the process). But let's not waste any more time! Let's get into it!!

Truth is, most of the scripting for the mod is actually complete (for the first-pass). I just need to write a LOT of the NPC interactions and do two of the free play songs that need cutscene scripting. (Not showing any of that just yet! You'll see more eventually.)

Conclusion
Three years isn't much, but I'd like to thank everyone who still stuck around regardless of how long progress is taking. We might even do something special after we're done, who knows? Still, I appreciate y'all. 💙

Would you guys like the idea of an "in-between" build being released? To hype up the actual update, I mean. My idea for a release date could be before/whenever Chapters 3&4 get out (December 2024 - February 2025).
