Hey, It's been a while.
We need to talk about something, that has to do with the CHESTER'S series.
So as a lot of you may have gathered, CHESTER'S [recoded_] (as well as the planned future titles) are stuck in a bit of development hell. As i have recently hit a roadblock in development.
(Mainly Chester's AI, and other additional bugs i find)
I know I've given little to nothing but radio silence, and I apologize for that.
I hope those who are excited for this project are still with us here, as things may be slow for a while, but I promise you, the finished project is going to be worth it. I've been working on a ton of awesome gameplay ideas, ways to convey story, actual code, etc.
School has started up for me as of recently, and I very much need to focus and lock in. So CHESTER'S might be delayed more than it already it. I know, it sucks.
Im sorry, I feel like for a first game project (because yes, this is my first full fledged game.) I might have gone too ambitious on my plans, this game is pretty big. Not just the game, but the fact that everything is planned. The story, the games, the extra media ;)
But that's not what this is about!!
I just want to clarify:
CHESTER'S IS NOT CANCELLED!!
I've been working on this series for years, and I'm very passionate about this project. There is almost NOTHING that will stop me from making these games.
Just wanna make sure that's known.
I will be focusing more on making actual progress, and once Chester's AI is done, there will be a new demo!!
[Not saying what that demo will entail, you'll have to find out in due time ;)]
