There is a problem in animation and that problems name is the HBO original Velma God I fucking hate just hate just hatred just for the show period I mean you can't fuck up a show more than Velma you fucked up everything about Scooby-Doo the original Scooby-Doo was light-hearted and just pure sit down and watch you grab all your Scooby-Doo memorabilia you grab that incredibly overpriced Scooby Snacks box because they're just small graham crackers with Scooby-Doo's initials on it and watch the show for some good old somehow that makes sense Mysteries that makes you laugh with a funny dog and then when you try to make an adult version of that it's so easy I have thought of making an adult you show so much in my actual life easy you finally show that Shaggy and Scooby a stoners you talk more about the love triangle between Velma Fred and Daphne you do real monsters and maybe you could actually kill people in the show and that's your adult Scooby-Doo show no I'm sure most Scooby-Doo fans would watch that but you know what they're not watching HBO's original Velma this show is starting off so badly it's kind of funny now I've recently watched the trailer for HBO's original Velma and yes I will be calling it this for the rest of my rant it starts off with Velma saying nothing should change and that some random person on internet should kill themselves for changing the color of a character you see that's funny that's ironic but what you're actually doing throwing dirt in the face of everyone who watched and grew up with this show the whole point of this show is to Bank off of people's Nostalgia and they end up watching your adult Scooby-Doo show seems like HBO's original Velma is going to be a murder mystery no one actually dies in the original Scooby-Doo but I believe this is a welcome change over the years Scooby-Doo is actually adding in stuff that we wanted all the monsters were real in one TV show that they made for Scooby-Doo and that's the TV shows fucking amazing was it the best hell no but was it was good yes now I must talk about the elephant in the room Shaggy is black you chose to make the stoner black some people aren't happy with Velma being changed too but I'm pretty sure she's Indian because her voice actor is also Indian can't really get mad at that but Shaggy is black and you can't even call him Shaggy he goes by his surname Norville who the fuck calls Shaggy Norville I know everyone's last name but I would never call him norvel but no you had to fuck that up too didn't you HBO's original Velma you want to hear the worst part Scooby-Doo is not even in the show you're using the Scooby-Doo IP to bait in people who watch Scooby-Doo why didn't you just make a show about people solving a murder mystery you would have no problem but instead you use the Scooby-Doo characters and then do not use Scooby-Doo how could you make a Scooby-Doo show and not use Scooby-Doo will I watch the show sadly yes and most likely only the first episode cuz after I realized how shit it is I'm going to go watch some actual Scooby-Doo with my Build-A-Bear Scooby-Doo that I bought with my overpriced Scooby Snacks I'm sure some people will find it good but those people will most likely be people who never watched Scooby-Doo if you want a good Scooby-Doo show for fans by fans there is a live action Scooby-Doo TV show being made on YouTube called Scooby-Doo Mystery Incorporated Scooby-Doo doesn't talk no but Scooby-Doo's in the fucking show it's doing a great job and I'm enjoying it the first episode is the only one that's out but they're doing a better job than a company a small group of people is doing better than an entire company go show support to them and do not watch HBO Originals Velma it's going to be shit you can feel like shit after watching it and Scooby-Doo might be shit after it so spare yourself I will not be sparing myself as I cannot help but stare at a fire while it is burning and pouring gasoline on it at the same time if you know what the real Scooby-Doo is watch it you enjoy it cuz about to be destroyed forever by none other than HBO Originals Velma
