no idea what this is but this must be where the big man hides his monsters since if this was seen in the daylight it would never be approved. I'm guessing they take apart whatever comes out of this and make new bots with new endos to create something better then whatever the place has now, I guess they ran out because of the loss of money so now they're just sending them out raw and untouched.
