1. Socializing during work-hours (8:45-16:00) is not-only allowed, but it's actually incouraged! Many new ideas have spawned during our chats, and several of them have even been incorporated into some of our ProDucts, often to critical acclaim by our customers and general fan-base!
2. Mental health is a top priority. If at any point, you're not feeling like you are in the mindset to work alongside your fellow co-workers, we'll let you take as long as you need to sort things out. If you just need someone to talk to regarding how you're feeling at the moment, we'll always provide bipartisan advice, taking into account all sides of your predicament and its story. We also offer small-group meetings to encourage unity and optimism in tough times, as well as to foster a sense of togetherness and community, even when online and miles apart.
3. There's no such thing as a "stupid question". Some people may be new to a concept, and might not have the experience that you do. We don't allow for the judging of others and their unawareness in any area of knowledge or culture. Instead, if somebody asks a question, the answer of which the majority of others at our company are aware, at least one member of the latter group must do their best to keep their cool as they provide the requested information to the former inquirer.
4. Never be afraid to try something new. Sometimes, you may be wondering how something functions, or wish to see how far you can push a tool before its performance withers. It's totally okay to stretch the bounds of your imagination, so long as you do so with good and legal intentions.
5. Don't be afraid to ask for help. There may come a moment when you've tried every solution you can think of to solve an issue, or you aren't sure where to turn in order to begin achieving a goal. Thankfully, our upper-management staff are very wise, and if none of your co-workers, or the company CEO (JadeJohnson), can assist you directly, the latter has a select group of managers above himself, and he can promptly ask them for help after which the best solution shall be privately-relayed back-down the chain to you, with no other company-members needing to know who shouldn't.
