What's The Most Embarrassing Death You've Ever Had In A Game?

One of the most embarrassing deaths in a game was in Minecraft. While mining through a cave, I accidentally pressing the wrong button on my keyboard and I fell into the lava.

I have definitely experienced embarrassing deaths in other video games. Either by accident or end up doing something stupid. Lol.
