What's your go-to project for learning a new engine? Comment below if it's not in the poll!
I'm currently scratching my endeavor into making my own game engine from scratch and moving that energy over to learning how to develop games in Godot... specifically the release candidate of Godot 4.
I feel my energy is better spent not reinventing the wheel when I'm just trying to make a game, and I can probably develop the tools I need for @SinatraGirl to help me make games for Godot anyway.
Do any of y'all have experience with Godot?
I think my third-person camera and player controller is done. 👀 Now I can finally move on to the next functionality to implement!
A new Mario & Luigi game was just announced called Mario & Luigi Brotherhood! What do y'all think? I've never played a Mario & Luigi game.
It's been 6 years since the announcement teaser was released, and 13 years since Skyrim... come on, Bethesda! 😭

I've been working on a new game dev project here lately and am actually REALLY happy with how this third person camera I made in Godot turned out! Do any of y'all have any suggestions for improvement on it before I move on to other gameplay elements?
Looks like Humble Bundle is running a bundle on some Blender assets and 3D models. Might be worth a look-see for gamedev and the like?
