11,000 years after the Nuclear war that ended the old Felean society a pair of Felead astronomers found many planets with signs of life. This was a huge discovery since the only life they've known at the time was their own. 260 years later the first voyage to one of them took place. With the then newly made Bifrostian FTL Drives and communicated with Bifrostian Communication Devices allowing them instant communication within distances that would take radio centuries to reach. While primitive at the time it was still impressive. Majority of the planets discovered 200 years before that had evidence of potential life did not have life. But some did have life. Or well just Primordial life. Life that were not as complex as them. It seemed like they were the earliest life to ever exist in the universe. But after a while they found an oddity in the sea of primitivity. A planet with, while primitive, animals that were bipedal and tool using. With its discovery they decided to put a satellite to a high Polar Orbit to survey the planet. With regular check ups on the probe every few centuries. On its 72nd check up on 22,866 ANC (After Nuclear Catastrophe) they decided to briefly fly above the planets surface to look closer at the lights on the surface. As they suspected they were lights from cities.
