First of all, it’s highly likely that you will work the night shift with the high turnover rate. Secondly, if you are one of the lucky ones who works the dayshift, you will be overworked and underpaid. Even I’m overworked. Lastly, and most importantly, Henry. He is the reason the staff are overworked and underpaid. I went against his wishes to make sure my friend was compensated for the many times she has stayed well past the end of her shift.
