I can get images from this site that are public domain, so I see it as a massive asset library
Just click the "license" option when you search and select "No restrictions" and then you've got yourself some assets that you don't need to pay for.

In the files of One Night at Springtrap's 1 there exists images of an unused blink meter
These could've been the replacement for the toxic meter or you could've just blinked every few seconds
It also could've been related to a vent seal
