An entity steeped in sorrow and misery, their tears cascading, manifesting terror. They whistle an attention-grabbing melody before unleashing a scream and charging at their target. A pathetic thunder-bound apex predator, seek gratification in torment; yet, despite their prowess in manipulating lightning and teleportation, it falters and allows them to evade capture.
