It is called Eco Manager and you can make your own maps and worlds, after you made your world you can place animals, when there are 2 or more animals of the same species in a world and they find each other they will mate, you can modify the animals like make them bigger and smarter when you make give them a certain level of smartness they will begin to walk like humans and generation after generation they will do more stuff like grab things or make houses and its way more complicated than that but otherwise i would be writing waaayyyyy to long
