This Mod is That Replace a Tunnelbot in Marble Garden Zone Act 1 Boss with a Brand New Bosses for Signal Jammer from Sonic 3 & Tenna in MGZ1 Boss Port.
ok so I was able to restore MOST of @averageexefan 
She's still missing a part of her arm and one eye, but other than that, she's restored
