I think he turned out decently. Slight issues here and there, but fixable.

Has no emotes/expressions, contains physbones and blinking.
Currently avi is only PC due to bones. (14 bones in total). For quest bones will be reduce. (Requires 8 bones max).

Shikabane show case. Small weightpaint issues though.

Shikabane now joins my rigged models. She has blinking and slight vismes. No expressions though.
