added a new tutorial sign to level 3 the desert level so it lets the player to press the down arrow if using keyboard or down d-pad if they standing on the bridge so they can fall through

Discovered while playing the game myself that on Level 2 for some reason the walljump was disabled and you had to die and respawn again in order for those feature to be enabled. Fix that issue
