I want to make a horror game that's more triple AAA style based off a serial killer. I was thinking Jeffery Dahmer because the Netflix series, but needed opinions first, and maybe some help.

I have just started Working on Obama Clicker for the first time in a year after taking a break...

and am going to try to come out with the game by August at the latest :)
