I started writing a proper cutscene system. The one I had before was not very good... but this new one is making me so proud I could shed a single tear.

I've been working on an option for the game to support higher frame rates.

This works with any frame rate so long as it is within a multiple of 30 (60, 90, 120, etc.)

It will be 30 by default, but you will be able to change this in the SETTINGS menu.

Localization system is going smoothly.

All of the game's text is stored in an external json file. You can add more json files into the directory for the game to read from.

You can also just... have some fun with it if you want.

Phase 4 is mostly complete.
