My main goal in GD, and a planned "final boss" to me is Zodiac, everytime I hear it I wanna get good enough to do it/look forward to. I won't beat it in ages as it's a main list demon, but one of these days I wanna do it as a goal

A strange post on the POPGOES subreddit suggests that the original game is giving people nausea and olfactory hallucinations...
Either the game is so bad it's giving some people strokes, or it's just REALLY immersive.
