Ignore that the building clips through rocks and trees, I think I've got it checking to make sure it's parts (Bed/Control Orb) is inside when resizing working right.
Although, it did seem to not want to resize near the end?

Ok, got the Room Height Expansion working right.

Also fixed clipping over Floor tiles.

And fixed Free Walls merging with Room Walls.
