Dr. Stein I. His name is a joke. He’s a body mod surgeon. He’s a vile one. Victors only “friend” though he actually has feelings that Victor could care less about. He’s the reason Victor is worse than he should be. Mutations and all. He provides the drügs

Victor has snagged teeth. He has one gold tooth. Why? Simply because he liked it. As well as a tongue piercing. Even psychos have style. He also knows how to play piano and is a huge romantic. (Not in a good way. Don’t do what he does. It’s all fiction.)

Since victor was young there was always something off about him. Now it’s more obvious. The medication given by Stein makes it worse. He often hallucinates a version of Rosie with longer hair and no eyes. Dressed up in a 50’s style.
