Apparently some people managed to plant a tree beneath the storm cloud and now can't proceed. I recall that being impossible but the game does what it wants I guess.
Go to the INI file in the MMFApplications folder and set tree17 under [Trees] to 0
Version 1.0.2 is finally out now. I hope it works this time! It should fix the cliff glitch.
