Added Motorcycles, helicopters, speed bumps, made the fuel/ nitro systems work, added car animations and some decorative palms in the city.
May traffic lights be a good addition to the city? what do you think?

Added traffic lights, a feature no one requested but I thought would be cool.. so here there are... probably nobody is gonna wait for the light to turn green, but now you can, if you want.
