Transparent window is possible now. Actual game still needs to have an opaque background ofc, but developer panel and title bar are lookin too damn clean now.
(and yes I will post again if I finish the calls)

completes the goat trifecta! Asriel, Asgore, and Toriel now all have custom sprites thanks to Matt. It's hard to pick a favorite tbh :D
Decided to also make backing track for Power of NEO. Hopefully most the boss themes can have them soon (edit: wait a few mins, I messed up the tracks)
