Rosey the Revenger, a pre deltarune chapter 3 fanmade secret boss by BobTheColored/カラフルなボブ will be a cameo NPC in Starrune V.3.
I also use her to reference chapter 5 of Deltarune with Starrune.

Loading...I started writing a proper cutscene system. The one I had before was not very good... but this new one is making me so proud I could shed a single tear.
Not sure if this will remain final, but I have given the Cinnamon Clouds Tileset an evening hue for the battle arena.
