Sun Blossom Studios is headed by its founder, Brittany Portner. Her past employment includes being an indie game reviewer for several online websites and working as a graphic designer. Prior to 2015, Sun Blossom Studios went by the name Ravens Tale Studio, but was changed to match Brittany's usual handle - BlossomingSun.

Brittany has been creating games under this studio name since Spring 2015 and is excited to bring unique and interesting stories to the video game medium. Sun Blossom Studios has released 2 games so far in 2015, and plans to release a full game, titled Grief, in the summer. Another game, titled The White Stag, a horror/survival game based on Native American lore, has been postponed, as the developer decides to continue using Unity 4, or to update the game and release it using Unity 5.
