Small update on Dexter Hotline

Fixed: moving while taking blood.

Fixed: killing Mike Doleven from the table at any distance.

New main menu.

Fixed: clipping into apartment objects.

Improved resolution on some sprites.

Small update on Dexter Hotline

I fixed the sprite on Mike Donovan (when he was going right, he turned into a shovel sprite).

I also fixed the walls on the side with the first victim on Ice Truck Killer, some walls you could go through and exit the map.
