he is a entity that appear suddenly on Sonic 3 Rom Hacks and chases the player :O

Fuhai is a entity that randomly appears on Sonic 3 & Knuckles ROM hacks and start to chase the players like the Sonic 3 AIR mod Mephiles hunt
not a yokai, neither a spirirt, but a entity of unknown origin
