I made a Flowey 3d model. I might use this for something but i can't promise anything

Sorry for being away for a while I haven't had any motivation to continue working but I am starting to pick it back up. Also, I will be posting a video on my YouTube Channel of me working on this.
This is a test of something I am working on does anyone know how I can get the gear to work when I rotate the arm so it look like the gear is rotating cause the arm to rotate.
