How do you install blender they are not in the play store , muy computer os a Chromebook and it does not let me install

Is anyone else having trouble with Blender constantly crashing? I'm trying to render a pretty big blend, and even after doubling the memory cache limit, it still crashes. FYI, I don't have a proper graphics card, but an APU built into the CPU.
