Okay, I'm fine :)
I was able to talk to her about it and she said it won't happen again.
I still feel strange and unwell. I'm probably traumatized..
Last night I had a terrible panic attack after hearing something I didn't want to hear in my house. I don't think I'll say what I heard since it feels too private, but it was awful.
