Not sure if this helps anyone, but if you're trying to render a seamless tile from Blender using Cycles, you may want to uncheck the little "denoise" box I circled in this screenshot. When it's on, the render ends up having a faint border around it.

Here's a little art tip. 
If you're having trouble getting your character's eyes to match, try this:
If you're right-handed, sketch the eye on the left first. If left-handed, sketch the eye on the right first. Then work on both evenly until finished.

I think the best art excersise is finding the UGLIEST character imaginable that their existence itself is a sin and drawing them to look good while keeping their features bc it trains you to draw even ugly characters that they look good
