I've downloaded the necessary assets for the first version. Key resources like stone are included, and I'll add more as needed. I also have a ready-made character in Unreal Engine 5 (details in the article below).

Two options: I make my own 3D models for a unique touch (takes more time) or use ready-made assets (faster, but less personal). Vote!
