Detective Cain Kendle pt2-
You can interact with him before he's angered. He'll show you a wanted poster of a random character, he'll then follow you (for around 2 minutes). If you find the character with him, he'll remove them and give you a cash prize.
Detective Cain Kendle-
He'll walk around the school. If he notices that a character has been shot, he'll look around until he finds you, he'll then trap you in the principal's office and take your stamina. This adds a possible downside to using the uzi.
