I was looking through the game renders and found him. He was before i added Ortensia just for fun. Base Tails model but recolored. Funny, because nobody understood, who the hell he was. Looking at him now i don't understand it too

3 hours and i already posting a patch. I swear, i never thought that Gauss blur can cause so much problems
so yeah:
-Now turning off the effects will cause gauss blur to disappear
