I will include a Kris Vs. Meta Knight fight. I think they both are a natural fit and I feel like adding Meta Knight fits a lot since Meta Knight is one of the most important Kirby characters.

I plan to add four challenges to Starrune, each of them is one party member against a special boss! For instance Susie gets to fight against Masked Dedede!
I hope these will be a fun switch up from the usual gameplay and provide a challenge!

I further work on the opening cutscene now, it is pretty cool to add context to the entire adventure! I can also add some lore and explainations to the game that way! Here is another screenshot from it!

For the rest of the Year nothing major will be announced for Deltarune: Beyond the Darkness.
Let's hope 2023 will be a better year for the Project!
And also Hope Mike/Zarosh (The Main Creator) makes it back on Gamejolt and regain Motivation.
One of those timed challenges I added to the game... this one having the gimmick of you needing to remember the path due to the forcefields only appearing up close! I think it turned out to be a fun challenge!

I started working on an INTRO CUTSCENE that shows how the fountain of STARRUNE was created and it kinda bridges Deltarune and Starrune story wise as the INTRO takes place at the end of Chapter 2.
