Hmm... 
It's tough to pick just one. But the first two that come to mind for me are the Five Nights at Freddy's and Kingdom Hearts series. The latter is THE most convoluted, though lol.

This is my theory you can have opinions on it I don’t think the bite of 87 was supposed to be a thing because you member Scott didn’t had a story planned out for Fnaf 1 and then in Fnaf 4 or Fnaf 2 I think he started to change it to 83
