Pet Breeding, with a chance of special type offspring.

Hats for Pets. I would just do it anyway, but it's not a key feature so it's low priority, also needs new sprites made

It's too late to start working on anything, so have some Frogs in honour of our beloved mascot @Kikkerstein !

Hahah! Now you can Place and Destroy things in Rooms, now I just need to make it so it won't accept the default objects (like Beds and Control Orb) as an option.

Also, add a move option?

Quick smash up of some existing code to make it so you can customise NPC houses, needs a bunch of work!
The Destroy Option doesn't work (it selects the House be default), it's also not checking for collision, only if over a house

Ok, Cafe's can now no longer be resized to clip their stuff into walls, however I've now found a new problem

Edit: Sorted? All seems working

Ignore that the building clips through rocks and trees, I think I've got it checking to make sure it's parts (Bed/Control Orb) is inside when resizing working right.
Although, it did seem to not want to resize near the end?
