When it comes to run & gun style games, do you prefer the Contra series or the Metal Slug series?
Contra is without question a classic, but I have to side with Metal Slug here. I just love the style of the pixel art so much!

Last weekend, I had the privilege of meeting the Pesina Brothers, two of the original actors from Mortal Kombat. Carlos (left) brought Raiden to life in MK1/2, while Daniel (right) portrayed Johnny Cage, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, and Reptile in those classics.

Loading...Caveman Ninja, which later became Joe & Mac on home consoles, went through a few different transformations as the game was released on different platforms. I thought the differences in the soundtracks were pretty interesting because nerd.
