Questions in UNDERTALE

Would it still be enjoyable if I made a very simple Undertale Mod with just a different Frisk and them commenting?

Like, for example "Undertale but you play as Utrechko"

I mean the general idea, they comment and react to the original game.

my Undertale copy is a bit off. There's some scenes in the intro I don't remember from playthroughs. Am I the only one with this error?

I've seen this pop up several times recently, and I'm curious about what other people think of it. What are your thoughts on people unofficially trying to bring back a cancelled fan-project, like Bits and Pieces or Nihilism?
