Did a little digging. Game seemingly might have been made by a dude called barpachdev, whose account is deleted it seems. His YouTube channel is still up under the name barpach.

Just some Russian kid, making .exe games. Nothing significant there or anything.

If the reuploader is trying to prevent his name from coming out, tell me, I'll delete the comment; but note it next time that the creator wanted to be forgotten about.
