deltarune chapter 1 7 year anniversary mod

mod I made for the 7th anniversary of Deltarune
with help of @moondeck  to make the evil wobbling thing shoot upwards
this is my second mod to be released

changes:

-changed the normal wobbling thing to be Halloween colored

-evil wobbling things can shoot upwards

-made friend appear in the room where you get the glow Shard

-added a second dark Lancer in one room in the question mark area

-toriel room has been made accessible friend is inside

-a couple of dialogue changes

-a part of Friends body can be seen on the sixth floor of card Castle

-changed the original Star Walker and the starwalker bird into the original bisexual and horny bisexual and changed the dialogue and sprites for both of them to represent this
