If MatPat comes out of the left or right door, press the Space bar to make him go away.
If MatPat comes out of the middle door, press the computer screen (which is in the game) to also make him run away!
Jason (the guy behind the camera in the GTLive Streams) will attack from behind you. You will hear a "Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma" sound when he's going to attack, when you do hear this sound quickly type the words "blamejason" on your keyboard and he will go away.
