Another Space Game is a game made for #dreamhackaustinjam.
The main idea of the game is to survive the solar apocalypse and save as many people as you can. but beware, everything you do and didn't do will affect the progress.
Earth has 4 abilities which have a different effect on Earth. example: tsunami will reflect asteroids but it will kill many people, destroy some structures and environment.
That's why you have to plan out your gameplay carefully because every choice has a consequence.
Controls
Left-Right key to move left and right
Up-Down key to move upwards or downwards
You can either click on the abilities or press the key that they attached to, which you can learn more about in-game info icon(on the right top of the level)
Gameplay tips
Every variable has an effect on other variables. like; the temperature will affect population, environment, and structures. if you lower the average temperature, humans will start to freeze and die. so they will build structures to warm themselves which will affect the environment.
so population and environment will reduce but structures will increase
That's why you should pay attention to average temperature and environment because they have the biggest impact on others.
Evade planets & asteroids belts carefully because they will give you an incredible disadvantage in your gameplay.
