Just finished the demo, and I gotta say this is one of the most well-developed RPG Maker titles out there! I'm hooked on the story and can't wait to see where it goes!

With around 12 hours of gameplay, you’ll face progressively tougher challenges that test both your combat abilities and puzzle-solving skills.

Story Mode:

If combat isn’t your focus and you prefer to dive deeper into the narrative, Story Mode offers a streamlined experience where all random and forced battles are removed.

Journey through Timeland with the focus on storytelling and character development, free from combat distractions.

Collating the last few years of changes and putting then into monthly categories that summaries core things done then. It's interesting to see how many aspects were redone over the years, some i'd even forgotten about!

A milestone was recently hit! The game is now playable from beginning to end (one of).

This is a milestone that I am incredibly proud of as it always felt out of reach, given the additions and time it was taking to achieve. I hope to show more off soon!

Not so much an update, but I've updated the games screenshots with some new images. I realized I had neglected this aspect for quite some time, so enjoy!

Another revisit of one of the more original sections, this one being the underground passage to the Monument of Govel. For some reason the video amplifies the smoke effect, it is less obstructive in reality.

Revisited the Old Ruins spot from the beginning of the game. I wanted a way to effectively show you're entering the interior of somewhere, whilst also blocking it all off from the outside. A little refinement possibly needed, but I feel this works well.

A quick check in, everything is still going ahead! I have started a new job recently so time has been lacking a little unfortunately.

In the meantime, here is the revised village well. Rewards can be states, items, gold or nothing.

The last week or so has been spent revamping almost every map with atmospheric effects, as well as scripting the 'Story Mode' aspects.

The included image shows a snippet of the over-world with clouds & rain. This smoothly transitions from sunlight.

A quick video preview back at the Old Fort region. This is using 'Story Mode', which means no battles! Normally, this skeleton will chase you around the courtyard until defeated.

Additionally, I've also considerably improved the atmospheric affects here.

A small update on progress. I'm currently revising how the 'Play It Your Way' feature is done. A new "Story Mode" game mode is in the process of being added, taking away battles and risk, allowing you to focus solely on exploring at your own pace.

The descent down to the depths of the land has begun, the Gem of the Scorched is almost within reach!

My aim with these areas is to avoid the usage of boss fights to progress the game, instead challenging the player with puzzles and on map dangers.
