Nice game :) I enjoyed playing it. :) I like the look of the game, but was unsure about the power-ups, and what they do. Maybe you could add an info screen that shows what the different power-ups do.
The controls are very snappy, which is good in this kind of game. Personally I like the more floaty feel like in Mario Bros, maybe this could be a power-up/down.
One thing I found difficult, was to see the ball in the small game window. I'm played on a 4k monitor, and the game windows is only about 1/6 of the screen size. Might be a good addition to add a full-screen option to the game.
The "boss" was amazing, I have never seen moving tiles in a game like this before. Very cool idea.
One time I hit the ball at a very steep angle and it made the ball move very slowly up the screen bouncing from side to side.. It took about a minute for the ball to get to the tiles, a minimum vertical speed might be a good idea. :) Also if you hit the ball with the end of the bat, you get a weird multiple collision barrage of sounds, before the ball shoots out in a random direction.
This is my first game-test/feedback ever, so hope you can use it.. :)
Have a nice day :D
