Chao Garden,Mobius

Context: I was playing SA2 and realized the chao speak basically baby noises. Then I also saw the FNF characters do simple noises too. Then I made this custom chao chromatic and put it over Anywhere, USA (the hard version).

Both Chao and BF Chromatics are by me.

Install this in your psych engine mods folder!
