What do you think?

Hello, Savageku! The game has potential but has a few things bringing it down. First off, the battles are totally unbalanced. Every enemy at the start of the game dies in one hit - there is no need to use any of the skills since a default attack is good enough. This is until you reach the Gray Knighter (whatever his name was) and die in one turn. Furthermore, the game uses a stat distrubutation system, but it never really comes into play. You get one point per level up which is not enough in my opinion - you can be like me, grind at the start of the game (all the way up to level 10), only to for your stats to only go up a negligible amount. It feels pointless for now. Next, theres a striking lack of enemy variety. I was expecting the dark forest to have some type of forest critters, or even spiritual enemies? But it's just the same bandits and dark mages found in the over world.

Speaking of the overworld, the mapping for this area looks nice, but I think forest area is dull to look at - it's strange since the final level of that area is well decorated, so I'm not sure what happened when making the first few floors. Something I would suggest is adding more incentive to explore by adding treasure chests. I see the maze like structure that was went for but it doesn't feel good enough for me.

Finally, add more story. All we get is a quick cutscene that really doesn't explain much. Who are we? What is the goal? What is this world? None of this gets answered. I guess it's a simple story.

I can point out oddities, like the entrance to the dark forest being a plank of wood, or the unexplained decision to add two game folders - one is titled "chronos" and has an unbeatable first dungeon. The other folder titled "Bluh" has the game I just described in the review. Weird...

That's all I have to say for now. Good luck with future updates, Savageku!

OK so I have been playing this game literally all day to get a feel for it, I like how the levelling up system works where you can put points into starts you want to improve on, also the writing is decent but besides that this game needs a lot of work, I couldn't beat the first boss of the game because I kept dying on the second turn I tried to level up my character to 20 and I still wasn't able to beat him, also when I was levelling up the character the game crashed for some reason I don't know what for, it just did it randomly also your game doesn't stand out maybe buy some tilesets precepts to help?, also the other Floors of the lost woods need to be approved upon i got so tired of looking at the same green rooms with all the attempts that I did my rating of this game in total is 3/10, but not bad for a first attempt if you keep going your games will come better over time it's like building a new skill for yourself the more you try the better you'll become. :]

When Aeonoa the conquerer throws the world into chaos, It's up to Zen and his friends to stop her! #rpg #action #stats #adventure

(Play the one in the Chronos game folder not the Chronos folder! The other one doesn’t work)
