So this is an fan-made video game based on the hit-game Undertale. Where in Undertale Asgore had to collect at least Seven human souls in order to break the barrier. But in this fan-made video game he actually has to collect at least Eight human souls in order to break the barrier. Here you play as the Eight fallen human Milo on his quest to get out of the underground to get back to his school and keep his grades up.
and yes if you're wondering Concede means Value, Milo will Value lots of things.
