What do you think?

Sorry for late rating this game (demo) but it was awesome experience and scary (Was playing the game at 3 AM or smh like this so yeah) I think that's the reason I was scared to death

I already played the game and it's great

Any content creator who wants to play the game early for a YouTube video etc can contact me about it on my shouts page.

NOTE: THIS GAME IS STILL IN

DEVELOPMENT AND IS NOT YET RELEASED.

You are young Dan Hendrickson: a young, humble man simply looking for a well paying job. What started out as a simple night gig quickly becomes a nightmare as Dan finds out that there is something terribly wrong going on at the RSR Museum. Forged behind the metaphorical walls of legal scams, corrupted files, unstable relations, and overall horrible luck lies the truth.

About the Game:

toddvintagegameover.png

"Corrupted Files" is a linear, yet free-roam FNAF fangame which focuses heavily on creating a fun, scary, and challenging experience. The game takes place in modern day, and takes you through a timeline of mechanical wonders and terrors.

Corrupted Files started as a rather generic Free-Roam traditional "nights" style fangame, but later evolved into something more due to quality concerns the developer grew to have.

Recommended specs for the best experience on high settings/resolutions:

(HD Ultra Settings)

GPU: RTX 3050/GTX 1650 or RX 6600

CPU: AMD 3200g or Intel I3 10300

RAM: 8 GB at least, 16 may be needed at some points during cutscenes.

Space: 3gb (Approximated).

Features Worth Noting:

  • Quite decent optimization.

  • Runs on most ok systems with graphic sacrifices.

  • Boasts impressive visuals via Unreal Engine 5

  • 1 Hour+ Story mode with minigames, night segments, and more.

  • HD Textures

Inspirations and acknowledgements:

@Rottenborger for modeling Old Gary’s Head

Huge thanks to @realscawthon for being an inspiration to this game, and for the Five Nights at Freddy's Franchise as a whole.

@Nikson_Official for the glowing eyes idea and partly the idea of picking up objects/resetting breakers.

@gamejolt for creating this awesome platform.

What resides in the darkness?

(Glowing eye update) This new feature should make the game more terrifying.

PS: The game is still not released yet and won’t be until I think it’s ready.

If you would like, you can check out another game I made that is already out. It’s called “SketchyPhysics.” It’s a collection of physics based mini games. It has barley any content. I am adding music soon and more levels (my music skills are bad though)

I am making a Fnaf fan game. Do you like my thumbnail? Comment on this post if you think I should render a new one. Here is the current one. I honestly think I could’ve done better, but maybe others like it.

The new thumbnail is here. Not a big deal but better than the one I had up here last time. I'm refering to my game in progress: Corrupted Files. A free roam Five Nights at Freddy's fan game.

New thumbnail coming soon. This will be the games official photo. I will render it in blender. Only a few hours left….. check out my website if you have the time.

Difficulty Info: It will follow the traditional five nights at Freddy’s formula of night 1 being decently easy, and later nights being more difficult. I plan to have each night be different and who knows: multiple locations are not out of the question ;)

At it’s current state, the game is about 75% finished. I plan to add several challenges at the end. The game will not be released until I find it ready, as I want a glitch free and hooking experience for the final product.
