The tutorials on how to survive are built into the game but for a better understanding here's how to deal with each animatronic:

Froggy_

When you see him limbing through the hallway in front of you, that means he's coming. Once he passes, check to your left, right, and behind you until you spot him. Once you do, hide under the desk and close the emergency door

Kitty_

Constantly check the left and right halls and once you see him or his silhouette, keep shining your light at him until he goes away.

Beetle_

She'll randomly emerge from the desk. Do not ignore her. Instead, find the rubber ducky that should've appeared in-front of you and give it to her as she'll go away.

Piper Pig_

She'll make a sound cue once she's close and when you hear her, keep checking the left and right halls and once you see her, use your smoke bomb and throw it at her.

Shallow_

She'll make disturbing noises when she's close and you would also see her silhouette walk past the left and right. She isn't a threat until she's staring directly at you. Quickly pull up your shotgun and shoot her. Once you do, she'll travel to the other side and you repeat.
